Indiana 2009

We were fortunate enough to be able to go out to Indiana again this year. We stayed with my sister Wendy and her family. Traveling with the 2 childrens was interesting and challenging at times. There was certainly a learning curve and the way back was a little better organizationally, now if we could have avoided the screaming 2 year old and the RUDE people. Karma will get them one day.

Thank you Knowltons for the great hospitality and the child watching so we could attend the race. We had a great time and appreciate all of you. I was a major slacker with the camera and am working on a 12 step program to do better at it. Will do better this summer. Here are the few pictures I did take.

Here are a few pictures from the race that I took this year. These are about the same as I took last year. I'll see if I can do better next year. Congratulations to Helio Castroneves the winner of the race this year.

the direction we needed to walk to get back to our car once the race was over. You would think with a sea of people this THICK that it would take a month of Sunday's to get out and get away from there. This is obviously not the first time these people have done this and it was slick. Well that is once you get to your car and can wait your turn in line to get out of your parking lot.
